6. What this page deliberately omits
Four points of Section 4 of the E-Commerce Act are conditional: points (d), (e), (f) and (g) apply only where their condition is met. In our case (d) (company registration) and (f) (VAT liability) are met — these are published in section 1. The other two are not, so the absence of the following is not an omission:
